White-label AI voice agents under your agency's brand
VoiceAIWrapper is a white-label platform for agencies selling conversational AI services to clients . We enable your agency to resell Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs Agents, Bolna and Ultravox as your own product, on your own domain, at your own prices, billed through your own Stripe account.
* Your domain, your logo, your product name. Your clients never see the provider.
* You set your client pricing and clients pay you into your Stripe account.
* You can run 5 conversational agent platforms side by side in one account.

Five conversational agent platforms, connected to one account
VoiceAIWrapper sits on top of Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs Agents, Bolna and Ultravox rather than replacing any of them. You bring your own API keys, you keep your own provider relationship, and the provider bills your voice minutes directly at their rates.
Vapi
Code-first voice agent platform. VoiceAIWrapper is a listed Vapi platform partner.
Retell AI
Voice agent platform with a low-latency call runtime.
ElevenLabs Agents
Voice, chat and multimodal agents with a RAG knowledge base. Ideal for B2B use cases.
Bolna
Voice agent platform with Indic language depth. Available on select plans.
Ultravox
Speech-foundation-model architecture rather than a stitched pipeline.
From API key to your first branded client portal in an hour
You do not build infrastructure. You connect, brand and onboard. Most agencies are live the same afternoon.
1
Connect your provider API keys
Paste API keys from any of the five platforms. Connect more than one provider organisation if you run several. Telephony and concurrency mirrors your own provider account.
2
Brand your portal
Upload your logo, add your domain to your client portal, and create client login. Recordings, analytics and billing all sit under your brand.
3
Create your client account and charge them
Give your client their own workspace. Assign the agent, campaign and phone number, connect your Stripe account, and assign the billing plan they pay you.
"The initial setup was really quick, taking about 30 minutes to an hour." Verified user, Small-Business, in a G2 review dated 7 July 2026.

Multi-provider voice AI
Operate multiple agent platforms from one account
Operational advantage:
VoiceAIWrapper connects multiple provider accounts inside a single agency account. You can match a platform to a client need instead of forcing every client onto whichever provider you started with, and compare provider performance across the same client.
Retain all core voice AI provider features.
Add multiple AI providers in one account.
Create multiple client portals with one account.
Use voice AI provider based on client need.
White label and re-bill with all supported voice AI providers.
White-label client portal
Give every client a portal on your own domain
Brand impact:
VoiceAIWrapper's client portal carries your domain, your logo and your product name. Clients see their own calls, recordings, analytics and appointments. They do not see the provider or how the service is assembled. You control exactly which sections each client can open.
Add your brand to your client portal with your domain, logo, and support widget.
Insert custom pages to your client portal and create portals in multiple languages.
The client portal also gives your clients access to their usage and billing history.
Control what your clients get to see and manage inside their respective client portal.
Send email alerts to clients from your own domain.
Billing
Set your own pricing and collect into your own Stripe
Earning potential
You connect your Stripe account, create the plan your client is on, and VoiceAIWrapper charges that client on your Stripe on a recurring schedule. VoiceAIWrapper does not take a share of what you charge and does not mark up voice minutes. The provider bills those to you directly at their rates.
You keep 100% of client payments without any margin sharing.
Charge your clients in any way you want - one-time setup fee, subscription, usage based, overage etc.
Payment integration handles client recurring billing, cancellations etc.
You can also bill off-platform or via API.
You can bill clients in multiple global currencies.
Client onboarding
Sell the service from your own site, then provision it automatically
More time for sales
Self-serve plans let an agency publish its voice AI offer on its own website and take a new client from checkout to a working portal without a manual build. Onboarding forms, consent settings, post-checkout redirects and notification emails all run from the agency's own domain.
Publish self-serve plans and take payment on your site.
Customise signup and consent settings per client.
Send client onboarding invitations from your own domain.
Use forms for onboarding questionnaires and surveys.
Streamline the agent creation process with our agent builder.
Integrations
Move call data into the systems your clients already run
Data portability and connections
VoiceAIWrapper's campaign API adds, updates and removes contacts from any source. Forwarding webhooks push call logs, transcripts and outcomes to GoHighLevel, Make, n8n or a client's CRM. Existing provider webhooks are preserved when a campaign is created, so an agency's current automations keep working.
Campaign API for contact sync from any CRM or sheet.
Forwarding webhooks for call logs, transcripts and outcomes.
Full API and webhook logs for debugging.
Full API documentation available on request.
Full API integration with all 5 provider systems.

What the numbers look like for your agency
This calculator models the three real costs of reselling voice AI: what you charge your client, what your provider bills you for minutes, and what VoiceAIWrapper charges for the platform. Pick a plan and every plan's cost at your client count is shown side by side. Fields are pre-filled with example values, not benchmarks.

Who this fits, and who it does not
VoiceAIWrapper is not right for everyone. Reading this before you start a trial saves you a week. For a platform-by-platform view against other white-label options, see the comparison hub.
A good fit if
- You are a marketing, automation or lead-generation agency that wants voice AI as a branded recurring service.
- You run a call centre and want client-facing reporting under your own name.
- You are a freelancer launching a voice AI offer without building the billing and portal layer yourself.
- You are comfortable holding your own provider account and paying that provider directly for minutes.
Why VoiceAIWrapper exists
We ran an agency before we built this. We stitched our own stack together from n8n, Google Sheets and a pile of small pieces holding the middle in place. It worked until it did not. AI moves every week, and something broke almost every other day.
That is when the real problem showed up. Fixing your own plumbing is not a business. Winning clients and growing revenue is the business, and a two-person team cannot do both. You can land a handful of clients on a stitched-together stack. You cannot run a serious one.
So we picked a side. We are better at building the product agencies resell than at doing the selling and delivery ourselves. That is the whole reason VoiceAIWrapper exists, and it is why we know which features to build and what support you actually need. We needed it first.

Why voice AI agencies choose VoiceAIWrapper
Questions agencies ask before starting
Can I white-label voice AI and resell it to my clients?
Yes. VoiceAIWrapper lets an agency put its own domain, logo and product name on a voice AI platform and resell it to clients as a monthly service. The agency connects its own API keys from Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs Agents, Bolna or Ultravox. Clients log into the agency's branded portal and never see which provider runs underneath.
What is a white label AI voice agent platform?
A white label AI voice agent platform lets one company resell AI calling under a different company's brand. The reseller controls the domain, logo, client portal, pricing and billing. The underlying conversational agent platform stays invisible to the end client. VoiceAIWrapper is a white label AI voice agent platform built specifically for agencies rather than for enterprises buying voice AI for internal use.
Which voice AI platforms can I white-label with VoiceAIWrapper?
VoiceAIWrapper supports five conversational agent platforms: Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs Agents Platform, Bolna and Ultravox. Starter and Growth plans connect Vapi, Retell AI and Ultravox. Scale and Pro plans add ElevenLabs Agents and Bolna, so all five are available in one account. VoiceAIWrapper is a layer on top of these platforms and is not a replacement for any of them.
How much does white label voice AI cost?
VoiceAIWrapper subscriptions start at $29 per month for Starter, $79 for Growth, $249 for Scale and $499 for Pro, with about 17% off on annual billing. Each plan includes a set number of client accounts (2, 5, 10 and 20) and charges $10 to $15 for each additional account. Voice minutes are separate and are billed to the agency directly by its chosen provider.
Does VoiceAIWrapper mark up my voice minutes?
No. VoiceAIWrapper charges a flat monthly platform subscription and takes no share of voice minutes or of what an agency charges its clients. The agency holds its own provider account and the provider bills those minutes directly at the provider's own rates. The practical trade-off is that an agency receives two bills rather than one.
How do I bill my clients for AI voice agents?
The agency connects its own Stripe account, creates a plan, and VoiceAIWrapper charges the client on that Stripe account on a recurring schedule. Agencies can use subscriptions, one-time charges, recharge packs, usage-based billing, or a subscription with overage. Payments go to the agency's Stripe account, and each client gets a billing portal showing their own usage and history.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
The trial runs for 7 days with premium feature access. A card is required to start it. On day 7 the selected plan is charged unless the trial is cancelled in the dashboard before then. Refunds are available within 7 days of that charge under the published refund policy.
Can I white-label Vapi or Retell AI specifically?
Yes. Vapi and Retell AI are both available on every VoiceAIWrapper plan, including Starter at $29 per month. An agency connects its own Vapi or Retell AI keys and the client portal hides the provider name entirely. VoiceAIWrapper is listed as a platform partner in Vapi's own documentation.
Is VoiceAIWrapper right for an agency of my size?
VoiceAIWrapper is built for agencies reselling voice AI, from freelancers with two clients to call centres with twenty or more. The plan structure follows client count rather than call volume, so a small agency starts at $29 per month. It is a poor fit for a company buying voice AI for its own internal operations, because the white-label, client-portal and rebilling layers go unused.
