How is sales tax or VAT handled on client billing?
In-app Stripe rebilling is available from the Growth plan up; clients then pay you directly through your own Stripe account, so tax and VAT are governed by your Stripe Tax settings. Turn on Stripe Tax in your Stripe dashboard to calculate and collect the right rate for each client's location.
What happens to my price if VoiceAIWrapper changes its pricing?
Existing subscribers are grandfathered. If VoiceAIWrapper raises prices or restructures plans, you keep the rate and terms you signed up for, for as long as your subscription stays active. Grandfathering is a standard SaaS practice: new pricing applies only to new signups, while current customers keep their original deal. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin on whatever pricing is live at that time.
