How is sales tax or VAT handled on client billing?
In-app Stripe rebilling is available from the Growth plan up; clients then pay you directly through your own Stripe account, so tax and VAT are governed by your Stripe Tax settings. Turn on Stripe Tax in your Stripe dashboard to calculate and collect the right rate for each client's location.
What happens to my price if VoiceAIWrapper changes its pricing?
Existing subscribers are grandfathered. You keep your recurring subscription price, included client-account allowance, additional-account price, and material plan features for as long as your subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. Taxes, third-party provider charges, optional add-ons, and separately purchased services are not included. If you cancel, change plans, or allow the subscription to lapse, the pricing available when you return will apply.
