What problem does VoiceAIWrapper solve?
Most businesses struggle to use AI voice agents and AI chat for real business use cases. Agencies that create solutions for them also have to do a lot of back-and-forth in terms of scoping, gathering requirements, building integration across multiple products, and connecting them together. Hastily put together solutions end up exposing the underlying technology to the end client.
VoiceAIWrapper removes this barrier by consolidating everything that you need to create white-label AI voice agents and white-label AI chat agents under one platform. Agencies get a ready-made platform which they can use to create branded client portals, automate client billing, and onboard clients like a SaaS company instead of a services business. This allows agencies to focus more on sales and onboarding clients. It also makes the agency clients’ experience way better, as they get a reliable, smooth platform to work with. They can spend more time building new ideas and looking at insights, which helps both the agency and its clients.
How does VoiceAIWrapper work?
VoiceAIWrapper is a self-service SaaS product. During onboarding, the AI Agent Builder reads your business website’s homepage plus up to nine additional pages and asks a few questions to help create an agent. It can attach a knowledge base, booking, transfers, SMS and API tools. You can test the agent by voice or chat in the browser, or make a live test call to your own phone, before putting it to work. This builder scan is separate from the knowledge base’s website crawl, which supports up to 500 pages. 24/7 support is available on the Scale plan only via chat, email, web calls, and Slack.
What is the VoiceAIWrapper engine?
VAW Native is VoiceAIWrapper’s built-in conversational AI engine for voice and chat agents. One agent can share its prompt, knowledge and tools across phone calls, web voice and text chat. It offers 30+ AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, 42 ElevenLabs voices, and Deepgram speech-to-text in 21 languages. Agents have their own timezone, custom variables and 15 system variables, with settings for interruptions, response timing, noise cancellation and response length.
Beyond the engine, VoiceAIWrapper provides branded client portals, client billing through Stripe or manual billing, and SaaS Creator onboarding workflows for agencies. Clients can self-sign up through an embeddable pricing table, while automated onboarding helps collect business details and set up their agent. Available features and limits depend on the plan and configuration.
How does the knowledge base help agents answer business questions?
You can add files, a single web page, pasted text, or a website crawl of up to 500 pages that respects robots.txt. Website sources can re-sync on a schedule. Supported files include PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, HTML, CSV and TSV, up to 25 MB; spreadsheets are read as structured records.
Hybrid search combines meaning and exact keywords to help retrieve product codes, SKUs and prices. Automatic, Full text and Lookup modes let you choose how sources are used. A test panel shows matches and near matches, while the missed-questions list helps you identify gaps in the material. The 500-page knowledge-base crawl is separate from the Agent Builder’s homepage-plus-nine-page setup scan.
Do I still need my own Vapi, Retell, or ElevenLabs account?
No separate Vapi, Retell or ElevenLabs account is needed to use VAW Native. VoiceAIWrapper is the voice provider for that route. If you already use supported external providers, you can connect their accounts through BYOK instead. Each connected Vapi or Retell BYOK account costs $29 per month. VAW Native has no connection fee; normal usage charges still apply. Phone minutes for Native phone calls are billed through your own Twilio account.
Which voice AI providers does VoiceAIWrapper support?
VAW Native currently offers 30+ AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, 42 ElevenLabs voices, and Deepgram speech-to-text in 21 languages. Supported BYOK options also include Vapi, Retell AI and ElevenLabs, so agencies can use external provider accounts with VoiceAIWrapper’s agency tools.
Which channels does it support: phone, web widget, text chat, WhatsApp?
VAW Native supports inbound and outbound phone calls, browser voice calls and text chat. A website widget can offer voice, chat or both using the same agent, prompt, knowledge and tools. Widgets support branding, consent prompts and per-visitor rate limits. SMS actions can send messages from your own Twilio number, with consent and opt-out handling. External tools such as WhatsApp can be connected through APIs and webhooks; they are separate from the built-in phone, web voice and chat channels.
What actions can VAW Native agents take?
Agents can check Cal.com availability and book appointments, use the native GoHighLevel calendar integration, send SMS from your Twilio number, and transfer callers to a person. Warm transfers put the caller on hold while the agent briefs the recipient; cold transfers connect without that briefing. Transfer settings support up to 10 destinations.
A visual API tool builder supports GET, POST, PUT, PATCH and DELETE requests, with caller confirmation before changing data. Tools have test and health views, and each call has a “What ran” log so you can inspect the actions taken.
What will my clients see? Can they tell it’s VoiceAIWrapper?
Clients use a separate branded portal with your domain, logo, brand name and theme. You can send branded emails through your own SendGrid account and bill clients through your own Stripe account. The portal can expose agents, calls, chats, knowledge bases, tools, numbers, widgets and structured extractions. You control access by area: no access, view only, or view and edit. Feature availability and limits depend on the plan and the access you configure.
Who fixes it when a call fails?
VoiceAIWrapper has a built-in issue tracking and issue resolution mechanism inside the system. Plus, it’s also a multi-provider AI voice agent platform, which means you can create client portals with multiple providers connected. In case one of the providers has downtime, you can switch over to another provider. 24/7 support is available on the Scale plan only. We also constantly monitor our platform and usage for any potential issues.
How can agencies review calls and improve their agents?
Post-call analysis is on by default, with a summary, sentiment and configurable success criteria. Each analysis has a status and reason, including pending, running, completed, skipped or failed. Structured data extractions can capture fields such as dates, intent or budget and can be re-run over past calls.
Recording can be switched off per agent. Recording and transcript retention can be configured, and calls support CSV export and bulk recording downloads. Signed call and chat webhooks include delivery logs, retries and secret rotation. Configure recording, retention and data handling for your business requirements; these controls alone do not establish legal compliance.
How long does setup take?
It usually takes less than 60 minutes from sign-up to setting up your first client portal.
Can I build or manage agents from ChatGPT or Claude?
The ChatGPT and Claude apps have been submitted and are under review. They are coming soon and are not available as live integrations yet. Their intended workflows include creating and updating agents, connecting numbers, generating website widget code and checking calls or setup status. Grok and Hermes integrations are planned. These integration statuses are separate from the Native language-model catalogue. No approval or launch date is confirmed.
Does it work with GoHighLevel and other CRMs?
VoiceAIWrapper has a native integration with GoHighLevel. The VoiceAIWrapper app is free to download in the GoHighLevel marketplace. With this integration, you can extend your AI calling and AI chat services to your GHL sub-accounts. You can call contacts in your GoHighLevel CRM system directly with VoiceAIWrapper. The VoiceAIWrapper client portal loads directly inside your client sub-account, so your clients do not have to log into different portals. When your clients need to make a payment to you, they make the payment inside their GoHighLevel sub-account, which keeps the experience native and seamless. VoiceAIWrapper also offers API based integration with other CRM’s like HubSpot.
The GoHighLevel marketplace app and integration are live. Supported workflows include location-to-client mapping, lead actions, campaign status changes, Do Not Disturb sync into do-not-call controls, and post-call notes, tags and custom-field write-back.
How much does VoiceAIWrapper cost?
You can find pricing for VoiceAIWrapper on our website, voiceaiwrapper.com. There are two billing models to choose from:
1. A pay-as-you-go model where you can start for free, and you do not pay a fixed platform fee. You’re just paying for usage based on the number of clients that you onboard.
2. A fixed pricing plan. If you have multiple clients and you want to take advantage of lower usage-based billing, then this is the plan that you should choose.
What does it cost in total to run one client?
The answer to this really depends on how many AI voice or AI chat minutes your client consumes. With VoiceAIWrapper, you get a pay-as-you-go plan, which does not have any fixed monthly billing, and you are billed based on the AI credits that you consume. It gives you the ability to onboard one client and create one client portal without having to pay a fixed monthly fee. Beyond that, you can add more clients, and every client account has a cost attached to it. The usage of the client defines how much you are paying VoiceAIWrapper. As long as you have a markup for the pricing and the client is paying you more than your operating cost is, you will always be in profit.
Does VoiceAIWrapper mark up voice minutes?
No, VoiceAIWrapper does not mark up voice minutes. If you’re using VoiceAIWrapper’s native engine, we clearly show you what your usage cost is going to be, which varies based on which LLM and voice you want to use, etc. We show you those costs at actual rates.
In case you are using the “bring your own key” route and you are plugging in your Vapi Retell AI or ElevenLabs key, then usage charges are paid to your provider directly. We do not mark up those costs you pay directly to your provider.
How do agencies make money with VoiceAIWrapper?
Agencies can bill their clients in a variety of ways. For instance:
- You can charge your client a one-time onboarding fee or an ad hoc fee.
- You can charge your clients a recurring subscription fee.
- You can give your clients credit packs, which can top up automatically.
- You can charge your clients overage fees. What your client pays you will always be above and beyond your usage costs on VoiceAIWrapper, and you get to control and define that.
Agencies sell services like inbound AI receptionists, outbound AI calling agents, lead qualification agents, and similar business automation services to make money from white-label AI voice agents and white-label AI chat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, VoiceAIWrapper allows you to try out the product for free with the pay-as-you-go plan. We also give you some free AI credits, which you can create a client portal, generate agents, and test the system to your satisfaction before you start onboarding your own clients.
Is VoiceAIWrapper secure and compliant?
Yes, VoiceAIWrapper is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant. It’s HIPAA compliant and also GDPR compliant. Platform uptime is more than 99.9%, and the uptime monitoring is done by an independent third party. You can find the link here.
How is it different from building directly on Vapi or Retell?
Vapi and Retell are great products, but they are more developer-focused rather than agency-focused. They do not have a white-label offering, and an agency creating agents with Vapi and RetellAI still has to create client dashboards and figure out onboarding and re-billing. There is also a probability that your clients will get to see Vapi or Retell somewhere. If not in the portal, they will see it in the API or the call recordings. VoiceAIWrapper eliminates that hassle by giving you a fully branded operating system that you can safely onboard your clients on. The core difference is that VoiceAIWrapper is built from the ground up to serve agencies, instead of being a modification on top of a product that exists for direct users.
How is it different from bundled platforms like Synthflow or Autocalls?
VoiceAIWrapper is an agency-first AI voice agent white-label platform, designed specifically to cater to an agency reselling workflow. The difference is in the delivery model, the support, and the pricing. Synthflow’s agency pricing is probably gated. Last checked: September 28, 2026. Autocalls is another great product; however, it does not allow you to test the agency version for free. For a detailed comparison, please head over to our platform comparison page.
