1. Campaign analytics : Each campaign will display analytics at the campaign level under the "Analytics" tab inside the campaign. You can also view, filter and download calls specific to the campaign by clicking on the "Calls" tab.

   
   

   

2. Call Logs : All call logs at the account level are available to filter and view via the "Call Logs" menu option.

   

   
   

   
   

   3. Additional Insights like call recording, structured data, transcript, summary and key variables are are also available.
