Inbound
Some key advantages of using voiceaiwrapper with your VAPI account for inbound -
Get a list of unknown contacts who have been calling you
Get call analytics (big plus if you get a high volume of inbound calls)
Set up you inbound assistant in under 30 mins without any development effort.
Navigate to "Campaigns" on the left nav bar and click on "Add Campaign". Add the campaign name, chose the assistant using the drop down and select campaign type.
Your campaign is now saved and before you head into the campaign settings, you can adjust the concurrency limit that you want to assign to the campaign. PLEASE NOTE the concurrency limit that is available to you here is derived from the concurrency limit pool that you have in the VAPI org connected to your voiceaiwrapper account.

Under campaign configuration you can now configure the assistants availability and launch the assistant

When people start calling the assistant, their contact details will show up under "Contacts" and all calls will be viewable under "Call Logs" and campaign analytics will be visible inside the campaign under the "Analytics" tab.
