The honest comparison
Convocore's published offer is worth considering when your agency needs unlimited client seats or a rich chat interface: its White Label Elite plan includes unlimited clients, while its interactive responses support cards, buttons, and forms. VoiceAIWrapper fits an agency that wants to connect its provider accounts and package the client experience around them. Its billing documentation covers recurring subscriptions, usage packs, one-time charges, and assigning a plan to a client. Choose from the workflow you need to deliver; a lower starting price does not settle the comparison.
This comparison covers Convocore's white-label agency offering, specifically White Label and White Label Elite in its detailed current catalog. It does not compare direct-user tiers as substitutes for agency plans. Prices and documentation were checked on September 6, 2026. We publish this page as the company behind VoiceAIWrapper; the recommendations below are our analysis of those sources.
How does Convocore agency pricing compare?
Start with the subscription and client-account allowance. The tables below use month-to-month USD prices from VoiceAIWrapper pricing and Convocore's pricing overview. They compare platform subscriptions, not the total cost of delivering calls or chat.
Agency plan | Monthly subscription | Included client accounts | Additional client accounts |
|---|---|---|---|
VoiceAIWrapper Growth | $79 | 5 | $15 per client/month |
VoiceAIWrapper Scale | $249 | 10 | $12 per client/month |
VoiceAIWrapper Pro | $499 | 20 | $10 per client/month |
Convocore White Label | $199 | 20 | Check the applicable client-seat add-on |
Convocore White Label Elite | $349 | Unlimited | Included within the published client-seat allowance |
These subscriptions include different capabilities. On VoiceAIWrapper, Growth connects Vapi, Retell, and Ultravox. Scale and Pro add ElevenLabs Agents Platform and Bolna. Stripe rebilling is available on all three plans. White-label chat, web widgets, custom portal pages, and the GoHighLevel portal embed start on Scale. Full API access, API-based billing, and SaaS Creator require Pro. These are current pricing-grid allocations, not a claim that every integration behaves identically.
Convocore's catalog explicitly places agency auto-billing through Stripe Connect and client self-signup on White Label Elite. White Label includes API write access; Elite adds a rebrandable API. The two plans also include 60,000 and 120,000 monthly credits respectively. Those credits make the bundles different from VoiceAIWrapper's subscription plus separately billed provider usage.
What happens as you add clients?
The examples below are illustrative subscription calculations, conditional on the named plan having the features your client offer needs. They exclude usage, taxes, payment processing, additional team seats, and other add-ons. They are not feature-equivalent quotes or a recommendation to choose a tier solely by client count.
Example agency | VoiceAIWrapper subscription calculation | Convocore subscription comparison |
|---|---|---|
5 clients; Growth capabilities are sufficient | Growth: $79 | White Label: $199 |
20 clients; Growth capabilities are sufficient | Growth: $79 + 15 × $15 = $304 | White Label: $199 |
25 clients; Scale capabilities are required | Scale: $249 + 15 × $12 = $429 | White Label Elite: $349 |
The entry-price advantage reverses in the second example. The third also favors Convocore on the subscription alone. If you require Convocore's explicitly listed agency auto-billing, use Elite in your budget rather than assuming the White Label price covers it. Review the broader VoiceAIWrapper agency features against a written list of client requirements before selecting a tier.
Why do some Convocore pages show another price?
The August 2026 catalog documentation distinguishes new users from older paid workspaces. Meanwhile, the separate white-label landing page still shows a different $220 offer and client allowance. This article uses the detailed $199/$349 grid. Ask Convocore to confirm the plan, client allowance, and billing entitlement your checkout will supply, especially if you arrive through another agency offer.
How do client billing and usage charges differ?
Rebilling means charging your client for the service your agency delivers. It is separate from the platform subscription and the cost of running the agent.
VoiceAIWrapper's pricing grid states that connected providers bill usage directly and VoiceAIWrapper adds no per-minute markup. Your agency can set its client pricing. The client billing guide documents Stripe recurring payments, external billing, subscription plus overage plans, usage packs, and one-time charges. API-based billing remains a Pro capability even though the general guide describes the option. If you also need client signup and packaging, review the white-label agency SaaS workflow against your required plan.
Convocore documents an agency-defined credit price and connection through Stripe Connect in its billing setup guide. Its billing FAQ describes prepaid credits and automatic replenishment when the client reaches a chosen threshold. These are documented workflows; this comparison does not report an executed payment test.
There is an unresolved fee distinction. Convocore's agency page advertises 0% revenue share, while its billing FAQ describes a 5% service fee on the agency owner's credit margin. The reviewed sources do not reconcile the applicable plan, cohort, or revenue type. Obtain written confirmation for your intended billing model. Neither statement supports a universal fee verdict here.
Convocore also lists a $0.020-per-minute platform component within its voice pricing breakdown, alongside other voice and telephony components. That is one input, not the complete call cost. Model the same client workload on both systems before comparing margins.
Does Convocore use Vapi, or its own voice system?
Convocore describes an integrated voice product on its voice-agent page. It also documents a Vapi-connected web mode: supply Vapi credentials, specify an existing assistant ID, and enable Vapi on the web. Its voice integration settings describe syncing an initial message, knowledge-base documents, and a system prompt.
That evidence supports more than one possible setup. It does not establish equivalent phone management or identical provider coverage between the two products. Confirm which mode your Convocore deployment actually uses before estimating migration work.
For VoiceAIWrapper, the provider account remains part of the operating setup. An agency evaluating it should already know which provider account it controls and which plan includes that connection. Review the Vapi white-label client portal against the provider-account and billing workflow your agency needs. Changing the agency portal does not by itself prove that an agent-configuration problem is fixed.
What should you test in the branded client portal?
Convocore's agency documentation describes custom domains, logos, themes, and client organizations. Its client-dashboard guide makes the permissions boundary explicit: assigned agents, organization settings, user permissions, and billing state shape the client experience.
For a VoiceAIWrapper trial, follow the portal setup guide. Add the provided CNAME record to your DNS, verify the subdomain, apply your branding, and use Login as User to inspect the selected client's view. DNS verification and client preview are separate checks. A successful domain connection alone does not establish that the client's access is correct. Use the agency voice AI dashboard guide to define which controls and results belong in the client view.
Then create and assign a billing plan. The billing guide states that assignment triggers the payment prompt when the client logs in. Treat seeing that prompt as a test step, not as evidence a payment succeeded. Custom portal pages and an embedded support widget require Scale or Pro under the current grid.
Choose a real job from your client work, such as handling inbound inquiries or following up with leads. The VoiceAIWrapper use cases can help define that test's scope. Record what should happen, who receives the result, and what the client should see.
When is Convocore the better fit?
If unlimited client seats are the deciding requirement, Convocore Elite has a clear subscription advantage: $349 per month with unlimited clients in tIf unlimited client seats are the deciding requirement, Convocore Elite has a clear subscription advantage: $349 per month with unlimited clients in the published catalog. VoiceAIWrapper Pro starts at $499 with 20 clients and charges $10 for each additional account. Compare the features you need as well as the client-account cost.he published catalog. VoiceAIWrapper Pro starts at $499 with 20 clients and charges $10 for each additional account. Compare the features you need as well as the client-account cost.
If the service you sell depends on interactive chat responses, Convocore's fit guide documents cards, buttons, forms, files, images, and embeds. Evaluate those elements directly against your client's intended conversation. VoiceAIWrapper offering white-label chat on Scale and Pro does not prove parity with that interface.
If your working Convocore agent depends on its native nodes, tools, and channel configuration, keeping that deployment can avoid a migration project. Its template export documentation does not establish import compatibility with VoiceAIWrapper. A cheaper subscription is insufficient reason to move a functioning service when the replacement workflow remains unproven.
If neither option meets your requirements, use the VoiceAIWrapper comparison hub to continue your shortlist.
How should an agency plan a Convocore migration?
Start with one client and identify where the agent lives. The two paths below are a proposed evaluation checklist, not a tested migration procedure or a promise of automatic transfer.
For an externally owned Vapi assistant, confirm your agency controls the provider account and assistant. Inspect what Convocore currently synchronizes before changing connections. A reusable assistant does not automatically transfer your client portal, billing relationship, phone routing, or reporting history. Verify those separately.
For a Convocore-native agent, preserve the available export as a reference. The export documentation says it includes tools, variables, and nodes, excludes the secret API key, and strips certain instance-specific fields during import. No reviewed source establishes a VoiceAIWrapper importer for this format. Plan the destination agent and recreate or reconnect its required behavior before moving traffic.
Use this cutover checklist for either path:
Record the current agent configuration, client permissions, integrations, and billing arrangement.
Establish who owns each phone number and how inbound and outbound routing can be changed.
Test the destination agent's answers, transfers, webhooks, and client-visible outcomes using controlled calls.
Verify the branded portal and assigned billing plan. Agree when the old charging arrangement ends and the new one starts.
Define a rollback: retain the working configuration and write down how routing would return to it if the test fails.
Do not move the remaining accounts until the pilot meets your acceptance criteria. Record any data or feature that cannot move. A trial provides time to evaluate; it does not guarantee that every migration can finish during the trial.
Convocore alternative FAQs
Is Convocore White Label $199 or $220 per month?
Convocore's detailed pricing grid lists White Label at $199 per month and White Label Elite at $349. Its pricing documentation identifies an August 2026 catalog for new users, while a white-label landing page shows $220. This comparison uses the detailed catalog. Confirm the actual checkout plan and client allowance before buying.
Does Convocore include unlimited client accounts?
Convocore White Label Elite lists unlimited client seats at $349 per month. White Label lists 20 client seats at $199 per month in the current pricing catalog. Unlimited client seats do not mean unlimited usage: the plans have monthly credit allowances, and the same documentation describes usage charges and additional capacity options.
Does Convocore take a percentage of agency revenue?
The public evidence leaves the scope unresolved. Convocore's agency page advertises 0% revenue share, but its billing FAQ states a 5% service fee on an agency owner's credit margin. These statements may concern different arrangements, but the sources do not establish that distinction. Ask which rule applies to your plan and intended client billing.
Can I use a Vapi assistant with Convocore?
Convocore documents a Vapi-connected web mode using provider credentials and an existing assistant ID in its Vapi connection guide. Its voice settings guide also describes selected synchronization options. This supports a specific documented integration, not a claim that every Vapi phone, API, or management capability is included. Confirm current plan availability for your deployment.
Can I import a Convocore agent into VoiceAIWrapper?
No reviewed source establishes automatic import of a Convocore-native agent into VoiceAIWrapper. Convocore's template export guide documents its own format, including tools, variables, and nodes, with restrictions on secrets and instance-specific fields. If you instead use an externally owned Vapi assistant, assess that provider connection separately. Test the full client workflow before committing to migration.
What should I test before switching from Convocore?
Test one client's agent, branded portal, permissions, billing plan, and required integrations before moving other accounts. VoiceAIWrapper trial terms specify seven days, a required card, and a charge on day 7 unless canceled. Select the plan that includes your required features; provider usage is separate. Keep the existing deployment available while you validate routing and a rollback plan.
