How to White Label ElevenLabs Agents for Your Clients

How to White Label ElevenLabs Agents for Your Clients

VoiceAIWrapper screens for connecting ElevenLabs, checking synced assets, and creating an agent with the guided builder.

You can white-label ElevenLabs Agents and offer conversational AI voice agents and AI chat agents to your clients.
All you need to do is connect your ElevenLabs account API key to VoiceAIWrapper and this syncs all your ElevenLabs assets supported by the integration.
You can then add your agency domain, client portal, asset permissions, billing, campaign controls, call records, and reporting to resell to your clients.

ElevenLabs connectivity starts on Scale at $249 per month, which includes 10 client accounts.
Our Scale and Pro plans also let agencies connect Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs Agents, Bolna, and Ultravox in one account.

7-day trial. Card required. Your selected plan starts on day 7 unless canceled.

Watch The Complete ElevenLabs White Label Setup

This seven-minute live walkthrough describes the full process from ElevenLabs API integration to your branded client portal.

What I show you in the video:

  • 01:28: connect the ElevenLabs account.

  • 02:09: add agency domain and email settings.

  • 02:30: add custom pages and client billing.

  • 03:19: assign assets and permissions.

  • 03:30: create or sync an agent.

  • 04:04: package inbound, outbound, chat, and widget services.

  • 05:22: review logs, transcripts, analytics, and client reporting.

The six checkpoints in the setup.

1Open the correct ElevenLabs Agents workspaceYou can identify the workspace that will own the client agent
2Start the VoiceAIWrapper trialThe provider-connection area is available in the agency dashboard
3Connect a dedicated unrestricted ElevenLabs API keyA known asset appears or the empty workspace returns a positive connection result
4Create or sync one agentThe same agent and core business details appear in both systems
5Build one client portalA client-role login shows only the intended assets and controls
6Test provider, portal, channel, data, and billingThe full client service works from conversation through reporting and payment

You keep ElevenLabs Agents as the provider account and call runtime. VoiceAIWrapper connects to that account by API key, syncs the assets your agency needs, and adds the client-delivery layer: your domain, branded portals, permissions, billing, campaign controls, call records, and reporting. Create the agent in ElevenLabs or through the VoiceAIWrapper Agent Builder. It remains inside the connected provider account, and agent changes sync in both directions. This split matters because the provider continues to run and bill the conversational usage while your agency controls how clients access, buy, and review the service.

What I show in the video.

I recorded the tutorial on August 13, 2026, using the current VoiceAIWrapper workflow and an ElevenLabs account. I started at the provider connection, checked the ElevenLabs asset areas, and followed the same path an agency uses to deliver the result to a client. The important detail is that the agent does not become a disconnected copy. It remains in the connected ElevenLabs account while VoiceAIWrapper controls the agency and client experience around it.

The client-delivery workflow also creates a practical failure mode to test for. A working provider connection is not the same as a finished client handoff. The agency can see an agent while the client sees nothing if the agent, phone number, tools, knowledge, or permissions were not assigned to that client account. That is why this guide includes separate provider, connection, and client-role checkpoints.

The current product supports two creation paths. An agency can start in ElevenLabs and confirm the agent appears in VoiceAIWrapper, or use the VoiceAIWrapper Agent Builder to create it in the connected provider account. Before launch, I would still test the same agent inside ElevenLabs, then sign in through the client role and verify the portal, call records, reporting, and billing path.

Do not paste an ElevenLabs API key into a client document, browser script, website widget, or shared chat. VoiceAIWrapper currently requires an unrestricted ElevenLabs API key for the integration to connect, sync, and operate correctly. Applying endpoint scope restrictions can prevent parts of the integration from working. “Unrestricted” describes the key’s permissions. It does not mean the key can be shared or exposed.

Treat this as a high-privilege credential. Create a dedicated key for VoiceAIWrapper, enter it only in the provider-connection area, restrict who can access it, and maintain a documented rotation and revocation process. Do not reuse the key in other applications. ElevenLabs classifies API keys as secrets and recommends service-account keys for backend systems, automation, and production workloads when the workspace supports them. User API keys can have an expiration date, while service-account keys do not expire. Confirm compatibility with VoiceAIWrapper before applying a credit quota or IP allowlist, since either control could interrupt the integration.

Step 1: Create your ElevenLabs Agents account

Go to ElevenLabs and create an account or sign in. ElevenLabs’ Agents quickstart starts with an assistant created from a blank template, but you do not have to finish a production agent before connecting VoiceAIWrapper.

Choose one of two paths:

  1. Existing-agent path: create and test the agent in ElevenLabs first. This is useful when you already have the prompt, voice, knowledge base, tools, and phone configuration.

  2. Guided-builder path: connect the account first, then create the agent with the VoiceAIWrapper Agent Builder in step 4.

For a first setup, use a real but low-risk test case such as an internal receptionist or a demonstration business. Do not begin with a regulated production client or a live outbound list.

Checkpoint: You can sign in to ElevenLabs, open the Agents area, and identify the workspace that VoiceAIWrapper should connect to.

Step 2: Start the VoiceAIWrapper trial

Start the VoiceAIWrapper trial, create the agency account, and enter the brand details you want clients to see.

The current trial lasts seven days and includes full-platform access. A card is required. Your selected plan starts on day 7 unless you cancel before then. After the trial, ElevenLabs Agents requires an eligible paid plan. The current plan details appear in the cost section below.

Growth$795$15 per monthNo
Scale$24910$12 per monthYes
Pro$49920$10 per monthYes

Check the live pricing page before purchasing because they can change.

Keep the first setup simple:

  • Use a test subdomain until DNS is ready.

  • Use an inbox you control for portal email tests.

  • Create one client account before configuring several offers.

  • Keep client billing off until the portal and agent have passed the client-view test.

Checkpoint: You can sign in to the agency dashboard and see the provider-connection area.

Step 3: Connect ElevenLabs with a Dedicated unrestricted ElevenLabs API key

In ElevenLabs, open the workspace API-key settings and create a dedicated key for the connection. Do not reuse a key from a public widget or a developer’s personal script.

In VoiceAIWrapper:

  1. Open the provider connection area.

  2. Choose ElevenLabs.

  3. Paste the dedicated API key into the protected credential field.

  4. Save the connection.

  5. Open the ElevenLabs area and check the synced asset groups.

The connected workspace can sync agents, phone numbers, tools, and knowledge-base documents through the provider API to VoiceAIWrapper. ElevenLabs documents authenticated endpoints to create agentslist agentslist toolslist knowledge-base documents, and list phone numbers.

What you should see after connection:

  • Agents

  • Phone Numbers

  • Tools

  • Knowledge Base

  • Call Logs

  • Chat Logs

  • Campaigns

If those sections are present but empty, check the selected ElevenLabs workspace, key scope, and whether the source workspace contains the expected assets.

Checkpoint: At least one known ElevenLabs asset appears in VoiceAIWrapper. If the workspace should be empty, confirm a positive connection status or a successful authenticated API response before treating an empty view as proof that the connection works.

Step 4: Create the agent in either system

You can now create the agent in the system that matches your working style.

VoiceAIWrapper Agent Builder with its industry selector, six stages, and editable client website scan.

Option A: Build in ElevenLabs

Use the ElevenLabs dashboard when you want direct access to the provider’s detailed controls. Configure the prompt, voice, language, knowledge base, tools, telephony, and tests there. Then return to VoiceAIWrapper and confirm the agent appears in the connected workspace.

Option B: Use the VoiceAIWrapper Agent Builder

Open the Agent Builder and work through its six stages:

  1. Industry

  2. Template

  3. Business

  4. Behavior

  5. Tools

  6. Review and create

In the Business stage, enter the client’s website. The builder can scan the site and fill editable business details. Review every field before creation. A website can contain stale hours, old services, legal disclaimers, and language that is unsuitable for a spoken conversation.

The builder creates the agent inside the connected provider account. It does not create a separate VoiceAIWrapper-only runtime. The current product workflow supports bidirectional agent sync, so the agency can work from VoiceAIWrapper or ElevenLabs without maintaining two independent agents.

If you give a client Agent Builder permission, the client can run the guided flow from the portal. Keep that permission off until you have defined who approves prompts, tools, and production changes.

Checkpoint: Open the same agent in both systems. Confirm the name and the core business details match before adding it to a client portal.

Step 5: Build the branded client portal

Create the client account in VoiceAIWrapper, then configure the parts the client will actually use.

VoiceAIWrapper client portal with agency and client names obscured, showing delivery and company controls.

Brand and access

  • Add the agency logo and brand colors.

  • Connect the agency domain or subdomain.

  • Configure portal email from an address you control.

  • Add any custom pages, forms, onboarding instructions, or support links.

  • Invite only the users who need access.

Client languages, currency, and pages

Choose the portal languages the client needs and enable the language switcher only after checking every visible label and custom page. VoiceAIWrapper’s portal languages are separate from the languages supported by the ElevenLabs agent and voice. Test both layers before selling a multilingual service.

Set the client-facing currency in the billing setup. The currency and price shown to the client are agency choices. They do not change the currency or rate that ElevenLabs uses to bill the provider account.

Custom pages can hold onboarding instructions, service documentation, forms, external links, embedded views, or support resources. Set visibility by client or billing plan, arrange the page order, and check the result from the client role. Do not use a custom page to expose a provider credential or an unfiltered agency-wide dashboard.

Client users

Invite multiple users when the client needs separate logins for operations, management, or finance. Grant the smallest useful permission set, then test each role. A working owner login does not prove that a restricted teammate sees the correct assets.

Assets and permissions

  • Assign the correct agent.

  • Assign the correct phone number, knowledge base, tools, and campaigns.

  • Decide whether the client can edit, create, launch, export, or only review.

  • Hide unrelated agency and provider assets.

  • Log in as the client and verify the result. Do not rely on the agency-admin view.

Billing

VoiceAIWrapper and ElevenLabs are two separate bills. Your VoiceAIWrapper subscription pays for the agency delivery platform. ElevenLabs bills provider usage directly to the connected account. VoiceAIWrapper adds no per-minute markup.

Your agency decides what the client pays. In-app Stripe rebilling is available from Growth, while ElevenLabs connectivity starts on Scale. You can sell a subscription, usage, minute packs, setup work, or a combination that matches your service agreement.

The current billing controls support subscriptions, one-time charges, usage packs, and prepaid subscriptions with overage. Build the commercial rule in the client agreement first, then reproduce it in the portal. Test taxes, currency, payment reminders, pack depletion, and overage behavior before inviting a paying client.

Keep the agency relationship primary, but do not promise that the underlying providers are invisible everywhere. Provider or platform names may still appear in technical records, legal disclosures, browser behavior, telephony, or integrations. Check every client-facing surface you plan to deliver.

Step 6: Test the full client experience and launch

Test from the provider layer outward. This makes failures easier to locate.

  1. Provider test: run a test conversation in ElevenLabs. Check prompt behavior, voice, tools, knowledge retrieval, phone configuration, and handoff.

  2. Connection test: confirm the same agent and its assigned assets appear in VoiceAIWrapper.

  3. Portal test: sign in as the client. Check permissions, pages, calls, transcripts, recordings, analytics, and payments.

  4. Channel test: test the inbound number, an internal outbound record, and the voice or chat widget you plan to sell.

  5. Data test: define the caller details and outcomes the client report needs. Configure the matching structured or dynamic fields in the ElevenLabs agent, then confirm those fields reach the client report, webhook, or CRM.

  6. Billing test: use a test payment path before enabling a live client charge.

Do not use a live outbound list for the first test. Use internal numbers and confirm consent, disclosure, calling-time, do-not-call, recording, and data-retention requirements before production. Your agency, client, provider account, telephony setup, and jurisdiction all affect the compliance work.

Launch condition: The agent passes in ElevenLabs, the correct assets appear in VoiceAIWrapper, the client sees only the intended controls, and the call result reaches the right report or integration.

Migrating an existing ElevenLabs agent

You do not need to recreate an existing agent when the required assets are exposed through the connected workspace. Treat migration as a verification task, not as proof that every provider-only setting has moved into the client portal.

  1. Connect the API key from the ElevenLabs workspace that owns the production agent.

  2. Confirm the existing agent and the required phone numbers, tools, and knowledge assets appear.

  3. Open the agent in both systems and compare its name and core business details.

  4. Keep detailed provider settings in ElevenLabs when VoiceAIWrapper does not expose them.

  5. Assign only the required assets to a test client portal.

  6. Run the provider, connection, client-role, channel, data, and billing tests from Step 6.

If an asset does not appear, do not rebuild it immediately. Check workspace selection, API-key scope, asset ownership, and supported integration behavior first.

Five launch channels plus two delivery services

Use these as offer modules, not promises of a fixed outcome. The agency voice AI revenue guide explains how to separate platform, provider, setup, integration, and management costs when you price the service.

1. Inbound AI receptionist

Use an ElevenLabs agent with a phone number to answer common questions, qualify callers, book appointments, and transfer calls. The client portal can expose call history, transcripts, recordings, results, and reporting. See the white-label AI receptionist guide and the inbound agent setup guide.

2. Outbound campaigns

Package lead follow-up, reminders, reactivation, or qualification with uploaded lists or an approved CRM flow. For the commercial client-delivery model, see AI outbound calling software for agencies. The VoiceAIWrapper campaign layer can add calling windows, retry rules, callbacks, do-not-call handling, result fields, and client reporting. Pro also supports phone-number pools that spread calls across assigned numbers. Start with internal test records and follow the outbound calling agent playbook. If the client uses HighLevel, review the GoHighLevel and ElevenLabs integration guide before defining the CRM handoff.

3. Text-only website chat

Add a branded text chat experience to the client’s site. Assign the approved agent and confirm that the chat uses the intended knowledge, tools, escalation path, and lead-capture fields.

4. Voice web widget

Add a branded voice widget for visitors who prefer to speak. Test microphone permissions, mobile behavior, the assigned agent, and the follow-up data the client expects.

5. Multimodal voice and chat widget

Offer voice and text in one website experience when the client needs both channels. Test each mode independently, then verify that both use the intended agent, knowledge, tools, and client reporting.

6. Managed client reporting

Give the client a focused portal for calls, chats, transcripts, recordings, analytics, payments, and the custom pages you choose. This is often the difference between delivering an agent and delivering a service the client can operate.

7. Client self-service with agency approval

Allow selected clients to run the guided Agent Builder or manage approved assets. Keep production changes behind an agency review process until the client has proved they can test prompts, tools, and access safely.

What the setup costs

At the time of this update, ElevenLabs offers a free Agents plan for initial testing. Check current ElevenLabs Agents pricing before quoting provider costs to a client.

VoiceAIWrapper Scale is $249 per month with 10 included client accounts, then $12 per additional account per month. Pro is $499 per month with 20 included client accounts, then $10 per additional account per month. Both include ElevenLabs Agents connectivity. See current VoiceAIWrapper pricing before sending a proposal.

The commercial structure is:

VoiceAIWrapper platform subscription + provider usage paid directly to ElevenLabs + your agency service costs = your delivery cost

Cost layerPaid byWhat it covers
VoiceAIWrapper subscriptionAgencyBranded platform, client accounts, access, billing controls, campaigns, and reporting
ElevenLabs provider usageAgency’s connected provider accountAgent runtime and provider usage
Telephony, when usedAgency’s provider or carrier accountPhone numbers and public telephone network call legs. Web widgets do not use telephone-network minutes, but provider runtime charges can still apply
Setup and managed serviceAgencyConfiguration, testing, integrations, support, and account management
Client priceClient pays agencyThe offer and margin defined in the agency’s service agreement

Your client price is separate. Put your setup fee, management work, support, integrations, and risk into the proposal instead of treating the provider minute rate as the whole service.

When this setup does not fit

Use ElevenLabs directly if one business is building only for its own internal use and does not need branded client portals, sub-accounts, reseller billing, or agency reporting. Direct use can also be simpler when a technical team wants every provider control in one place and has no client-delivery requirement.

This setup is also a poor fit if your agency does not want to manage API-key security, client permissions, consent, telephony rules, and production testing. VoiceAIWrapper removes the need to build the agency layer from scratch, but it does not remove your responsibility for the service you sell.

For security and regulated projects, review the VoiceAIWrapper security policyHIPAA information, ElevenLabs documentation, the official domains used in your deployment, and your own legal requirements before launch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question

What does white-labeling the ElevenLabs Agents Platform through VoiceAIWrapper mean?

Answer

ElevenLabs remains the connected provider account and runtime. VoiceAIWrapper supplies the agency-facing layer. Clients can use your branded domain and portal for assigned agents, campaigns, logs, reports, payments, pages, and support without direct access to your provider workspace or its credentials.

Question

What can I white-label from the ElevenLabs Agents Platform?

Answer

You can deliver the assigned agent through your agency domain, portal, emails, pages, widgets, campaigns, reports, billing, and support experience. The ElevenLabs provider account still owns the runtime and detailed provider configuration. Test every assigned asset from a client login because an agency-admin view does not prove that the client can see the right controls.

Question

Can I create the agent in VoiceAIWrapper instead of ElevenLabs?

Answer

Yes. Create the agent in the ElevenLabs Agents Platform or use the six-step VoiceAIWrapper Agent Builder. The builder creates it inside your connected provider account. The current workflow supports bidirectional agent sync, so you do not maintain a separate copy in each system.

Question

What syncs after I connect the ElevenLabs API key?

Answer

The connection exposes agency asset areas for agents, phone numbers, tools, knowledge base, call logs, chat logs, and campaigns. What appears depends on the connected workspace, available assets, key validity, account quota, and integration compatibility. Detailed provider settings may still need to be managed in ElevenLabs.

Question

Can I mark up ElevenLabs usage when I bill my clients?

Answer

Yes. ElevenLabs bills provider usage directly to your connected account, and VoiceAIWrapper adds no per-minute markup. Your agency sets the client price and can combine usage, subscriptions, minute packs, setup work, and management fees according to the service agreement terms.

Question

Which VoiceAIWrapper plans include ElevenLabs Agents?

Answer

The live pricing page currently lists ElevenLabs Agents connectivity on Scale and Pro. Check that source before purchasing or quoting a client because plan features, included client accounts, and prices can change. The trial lets you test the connection before the selected paid plan begins.

Question

How does the cost compare with running ElevenLabs directly?

Answer

Direct ElevenLabs is the lower-complexity option when one business needs only the provider workspace. VoiceAIWrapper adds a separate platform subscription for branded portals, client accounts, access controls, billing, campaigns, and reporting. ElevenLabs still bills provider usage directly, and VoiceAIWrapper does not add a per-minute markup.

Question

How many ElevenLabs voices and languages can I offer?

Answer

The available voices and languages depend on the connected ElevenLabs account, agent settings, model, plan, and current provider catalog. VoiceAIWrapper does not create a separate voice inventory. Check the live ElevenLabs voice library and test the chosen voice and language before putting either in a client proposal.

Question

Can I connect multiple conversational agent platforms in one account?

Answer

Yes. Scale and Pro currently support Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs Agents, Bolna, and Ultravox in one agency account. This lets an agency choose a provider by client or use case while keeping the same branded delivery system. Choose the provider by workload, client requirements, and a controlled test rather than by brand familiarity alone.

Question

Can my clients create their own agents?

Answer

Yes, if you grant that permission. A client can run the VoiceAIWrapper Agent Builder from the portal. Keep the permission restricted until you have an approval process for prompts, tools, knowledge, phone settings, and production changes. Test the final permissions from a client-role login before inviting the user.

Question

Can I migrate an existing ElevenLabs agent without rebuilding it?

Answer

Yes, for the connected assets exposed by the integration. Connect the correct ElevenLabs workspace, confirm the existing agent appears, then assign it to the client portal. Audit the prompt, tools, knowledge, phone settings, and client permissions before treating the migration as complete.

Question

Can I test ElevenLabs beside Vapi or Retell AI for the same client?

Answer

Yes. Scale and Pro can connect all five supported platforms in one agency account, so you can run provider-backed agents side by side and compare the same defined test cases. Review the Retell AI white-label platform for agencies before defining the comparison criteria. VoiceAIWrapper does not turn an informal comparison into a statistically valid experiment. Hold the prompt, tools, traffic, scoring, and test period constant before drawing a conclusion.

Question

Will my client know I use ElevenLabs or VoiceAIWrapper?

Answer

Your branded domain, portal, email, pages, and support experience can keep the agency relationship primary. Provider or platform names may still appear in technical records, legal disclosures, browser behavior, telephony, or integrations. Never promise complete invisibility. Test the client role and every public channel before launch.

Question

What happens if ElevenLabs has an outage?

Answer

The provider runtime may stop handling conversations even when the VoiceAIWrapper portal remains available. VoiceAIWrapper cannot keep an ElevenLabs conversation running during a provider outage. Pause production tests, check ElevenLabs status, tell affected clients what is known, preserve logs, and retest after recovery.

Question

Does VoiceAIWrapper replace ElevenLabs?

Answer

No. ElevenLabs remains the provider account and call runtime. VoiceAIWrapper adds the agency delivery and client-management layer on top. Provider usage is still billed by ElevenLabs directly to the connected account. You still need an ElevenLabs account and must manage the provider configuration and usage there.

Question

Can I use this setup for healthcare clients?

Answer

Potentially, but a platform badge alone does not make a deployment compliant. Confirm the required plan, contracts, data flow, telephony, consent, recordings, retention, tools, and client procedures across every vendor. Review the current HIPAA information and obtain legal advice for the use case and jurisdiction.

Question

What is the VoiceAIWrapper free trial?

Answer

It is a seven-day trial with full-platform access. A card is required, and your selected plan starts on day 7 unless you cancel first. ElevenLabs connectivity is available during the trial and on an eligible paid plan afterward. Confirm current terms before signing up.

Build one client portal from start to finish
