Is VoiceAIWrapper a complete voice AI platform, or do I still need Vapi, Retell and ElevenLabs?
VoiceAIWrapper is a complete voice AI platform. It's created and designed specifically for agencies to create white-label AI voice agents and resell to their clients. You do not need any other provider if you're using VoiceAIWrapper. We give you credits, using which you can create AI voice agents as well as AI chat agents. If you're an agency that has created agents on VAPI, Retell AI or ElevenLabs, you can plug in your API keys from Vapi Retell AI and ElevenLabs, and you can sync your agent inside VoiceAIWrapper. In that case, the AI agents will use the tokens from your Vapi Retell and ElevenLabs account, and your usage will be billed directly to the provider.
I already use other voice AI platforms. Do I need to migrate, and what if I switch providers later?
Depending on the provider that you use, you have a couple of options here: • If you use Vapi Retell or ElevenLabs, you can just connect their API keys to VoiceAIWrapper, and all the agents that you have created will sync with VoiceAIWrapper. • You can copy the prompts you've created on another platform and add them to VoiceAIWrapper. VoiceAIWrapper natively offers a much easier agent creation workflow, which means you can replicate and create the agents within minutes, along with all the tool calls, functionality, and integrations that existed in your previous provider.
Can a voice AI agency serve multiple clients from one provider account?
Yes, you can onboard and sell to multiple client accounts from one VoiceAIWrapper account, and you can create multiple client portals.
Can I sell AI voice agent services under my own brand?
Yes. VoiceAIWrapper lets you run as your own voice AI company, with your own subdomain, logo, colors, emails from your domain, and light or dark mode. Clients never see VoiceAIWrapper or your provider, and you decide what each client can see in their portal.

Which phone providers work with AI phone calls, and can clients keep their numbers?
Any VoIP provider including Twilio, Telnyx and Zadarma. We don't sell numbers. Existing numbers connect straight to your provider without porting, and we don't restrict where you can call.
What languages and voices do the AI calls support?
Agents speak any language that you have configured in your agent setting and can switch languages mid-call if you set them up to. Client portals are available in several languages, including Spanish, German and Italian, and we can add more on request. Cloned and regional-accent voices are available through ElevenLabs.
What is a Retell AI white-label platform?
A Retell AI white-label platform lets your agency sell services powered by Retell AI through your own branded client experience. Retell runs the agents, while VoiceAIWrapper adds client portals, access controls, reporting, campaign management and billing. Your agency manages the client relationship and sets its own prices.
What should I prepare before setting up my Retell AI white-label portal?
Have your Retell AI account and API key, a configured agent, your domain and branding details, and your billing setup ready. Then connect Retell, configure the client portal and permissions, and test the client experience. Preparing these details can help you complete the initial setup faster; agent development, custom integrations and production testing may take longer.
Can I integrate Vapi AI with GoHighLevel?
