How Vapi white label works for agencies
Vapi white label lets your agency sell Vapi-based voice AI and chat through its own brand. VoiceAIWrapper adds the agency layer around Vapi. Vapi runs the underlying voice AI. VoiceAIWrapper handles your brand, client access, agent creation and assignment, billing controls, campaigns, widgets, and reporting. Your agency owns the offer, pricing, sales, support, and client outcome.
Vapi’s official provider documentation lists VoiceAIWrapper for agencies that want a branded client experience around Vapi. This verifies the provider relationship without asking prospects to take our word for it.

The tour covers the questions agencies usually ask before they buy: what carries over from Vapi, what clients see, how client billing works, how calls and chats appear in the portal, and how the agency can package the service. English captions are available, and the key points are also written on this page.
Vapi runs the agent. VoiceAIWrapper runs the agency layer.
Vapi
Voice AI infrastructure, connected provider assets, provider-side configuration, and provider usage billing.
VoiceAIWrapper
Agency branding, client portals, access, agent creation and assignment, billing controls, campaigns, widgets, and reporting.
Your agency
Offer design, client price, sales, quality checks, support, compliance, and client results.
VoiceAIWrapper does not replace your Vapi account. It gives your agency one operating layer for selling and managing the service without exposing the provider stack to the client.
Build the Vapi white label client offer
Add Vapi as a VoiceAI Pod with the credentials and concurrency assigned to that organization. Once connected, your team can work with the Vapi assets available in VoiceAIWrapper and assign the right ones to each client workspace.
Keep provider organizations in clearly named Pods.
Assign only the agents, numbers, and permissions each client needs.
Compare the first usage records in Vapi and VoiceAIWrapper before increasing call volume.
Need the field-by-field configuration sequence? Use the Vapi white-label setup guide. This commercial page stays focused on the buying decision.
Create and prepare agents for each client offer
VoiceAIWrapper includes a guided Agent Builder for agencies that do not want to repeat the same setup from a blank screen. The current flow covers industry, template, business details, behavior, tools, and a final review before creation.

The Agent Builder provides a repeatable starting point for each client offer.
You can also work with connected provider assets. The commercial benefit is not the button that creates an agent. It is the repeatable operating process around that agent: assignment, permissions, portal access, billing, and client reporting.
The agency still owns testing. Check tool calls, transfers, silence, interruptions, unavailable destinations, and out-of-scope requests before the client gets access.
Give clients a portal that looks like your product
Set the agency domain, logo, colors, navigation, custom pages, languages, and support route. Then choose what each client can see or edit.

Review custom pages and navigation inside the client-branded preview.
The supplied product screen proves the custom-page and navigation controls. Language availability is a separate product setting and should be checked on the current pricing page before it is included in a client proposal.
Client portals reduce the need to send clients between unrelated tools. They do not remove the agency’s support duty. Test every portal through a client login, including desktop and phone layouts, before launch.
Rebill clients through your Stripe account
Connect Stripe, create the client plan or charge type, set the client-facing price, and assign it to the correct client. VoiceAIWrapper supports recurring plans, prepaid usage packs, and one-time charges in the current billing area.

Create the billing model, then assign it to the correct client account.
Rebilling gives the agency a business model. It does not guarantee profit.
client revenue - Vapi usage - VoiceAIWrapper subscription - payment fees - taxes - support - refunds - other delivery costs = gross contribution
VoiceAIWrapper does not add a per-minute markup to the provider charge. Vapi bills the agency for provider usage, and the agency sets its own client-facing price. Review current VoiceAIWrapper pricing before deciding which client and billing features belong in your offer.
Sell voice and chat through the same client experience
Agencies can package inbound phone agents, outbound campaigns, voice widgets, chat widgets, or combined voice-and-chat widgets. The client uses the agency portal to view the activity and records the agency has chosen to expose.

Choose voice, chat, or both for the client’s website experience.
This lets the agency build more than one offer without creating a new client backend for each service. Start with the workflow the client bought. Add another channel only when the operating, billing, and support process is ready for it.

What agencies can sell with Vapi white label
Branded AI receptionist
Package an inbound voice agent with the client’s phone workflow, appointment or lead capture process, call records, and a branded reporting experience. See the white-label AI receptionist use case.
Outbound calling service
Run approved outbound campaigns, control the client workspace, and expose the right campaign and call information to the client. Review the outbound AI calling use case before defining the offer.
Website voice and chat
Add a branded widget to a client site and combine it with the same client access and billing process used for phone services.
What to verify before selling Vapi white label
Confirm that the chosen Vapi organization and regional setup fit the market and call volume you plan to sell.
Define which assets, reports, and controls belong in each client plan before presenting the offer.
Make agent acceptance testing, including transfers, silence, edge cases, and failure paths, part of the client handoff standard.
Reconcile an early provider usage sample with the client-facing record before quoting usage assumptions.
Check that plan assignment, payment status, refunds, and service terms match the offer the client will buy.
Review the agency-branded portal on phone and desktop before using it in a sales demonstration.
Set a manual review window for the first production conversations before the service scales.
For latency, cost, fallbacks, and production tuning, use the separate Vapi optimization and performance guide.
When this is a good fit
VoiceAIWrapper fits agencies that already know how to build or manage Vapi agents and now need a repeatable way to brand, assign, bill, and support those services across client accounts. It also fits teams that want voice and chat offers in one client experience. If you are comparing agency platforms that sit above a provider, review the VoiceAIWrapper versus Voicerr comparison.
When this may not fit
Use Vapi directly if you are building one internal agent and do not need agency branding, separate client workspaces, or client rebilling. A custom application may fit better when the client requires an unusual proprietary workflow, a bespoke user interface, or contractual controls that are not covered by the current product and plan.
White-label software also does not remove the agency’s legal and operational responsibilities. Your agency remains responsible for offer accuracy, call and recording consent, outreach rules, data handling, agent testing, support, refunds, taxes, and the client outcome.

Vapi white label FAQs
Can I resell Vapi under my own brand?
Yes. VoiceAIWrapper lets an agency present Vapi-based voice AI and chat services through its own domain, logo, colors, client portal, pricing, and support path. Vapi remains the underlying voice AI provider.
What does VoiceAIWrapper add to Vapi?
VoiceAIWrapper adds the agency operating layer: branded client portals, client workspaces and permissions, agent creation and assignment, Stripe billing controls, campaigns, widgets, and client-facing reporting.
Can I bill Vapi clients through Stripe?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account, create the client plan or charge type, set the client-facing price, and assign it to the correct client. Your margin depends on provider usage, software, payment fees, support, taxes, refunds, and other costs.
Will clients see Vapi or VoiceAIWrapper?
A correctly configured portal uses your agency domain, logo, colors, navigation, pages, and support settings. Test the portal through a client login before launch to catch any default labels or links that still need to be replaced.
Does VoiceAIWrapper replace my Vapi account?
No. Keep your Vapi account and provider relationship. VoiceAIWrapper connects to Vapi and adds the client-facing and agency-management layer around it.
How long is the VoiceAIWrapper trial?
The current trial lasts seven days. A card is required, and the selected plan starts on day seven unless you cancel. Check the pricing page for current plan terms before signing up.
