Refine Pace For Calm Conversations

The biggest thing we changed wasn't the voice itself — it was the pacing.

Out of the box, ElevenLabs sounds great. Really impressive naturalness. So we spent a lot of time adjusting stability, similarity boost, and speaker speed settings to find a voice profile that felt unhurried. Not robotic-slow, just not caffeinated either. We also customized the pause timing between the AI's turns — because the default felt slightly rushed in a back-and-forth conversation, which made callers feel like they needed to hurry.
